Sozzled sausages is a meal Chris makes for his family. You may not be aware that Chris is blind so everything is by touch, memory and smell. Chris uses his iPhone so his wife can tell him what cubes to use.
Ingredients for 2
- 4 Beef links
- Onion
- 1 beef stock cube
- Half a can of Guinness
- Splash of Whisky
- Salt and pepper
- 200g Atora shredded suet
- 400g self raising flour to stop dumpling mix sticking
- Salt and pepper
Method
Pre cook your beef sausages, put half a can of Guinness into a pan along with a splash of Whisky add a beef stock plus salt and pepper leave to simmer on the hob.
Meanwhile prepare the dumplings.
