Apple Crumble

My sister Martine makes the best apple crumble in the family and today she is going to pass on her well kept recipe. (August 2017).

Ingredients

  • 3 large bramley cooking apples
  • One and a half tablespoons of water in your cooking pan
  • 2oz of caster sugar
  • MAKING THE CRUMBLE
  • 3oz of butter (melt in the pan)
  • 4oz of self raising flour
  • 2oz of dried semolina
  • 2oz of caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

When I discovered Lewis was a big fan of Tiramisu he had to come along to see it being made.(2017). I am a big Tiramisu hound its one of my all time favourite deserts. (October 2017).

Trifle for a family gathering

Ingredients (24cm bowl)

  • 2 pints of whole milk for a 24cm bowl
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of custard powder
  • 2 raspberry swiss rolls
  • 2x 415g tins of fruit cocktail
  • 900ml double cream
  • Finnish off with small bits of Cadburys flake
