Episode ONE

During March 2020 the UK was put into its first lockdown, with panic buying the shelves were getting empty so I decided to produce some easy lunches to give families some extra ideas.

Quick lunches..Pasta with extra chicken, Croissant and scrambled egg, Tuna with sweetcorn and pasta.

Episode TWO

In this episode we cook Egg and Cheese bake one of our family’s favourite lunches and Bruschetta on French Bread.

Episode THREE

Bread Quiche was a recipe my sister Martine gave me and its absolutely delicious followed by Avocado, poached egg and toast. The biggest problem with Avocado is getting a good one, not too hard and not too ripe.
